I understand and agree that, by typing my name in the space below marked “Electronic Signature,” filling in the date of my signature, and clicking the button marked “SUBMIT,” I am “electronically signing” and submitting to World Boxing League, Inc. (“WBL”) the foregoing Nondisclosure Agreement (“NDA”) and that, by doing so, I will be legally and contractually bound by the terms of the NDA as fully as if I had signed a “hard” copy of the NDA with a pen, and WBL’s acceptance of this “electronic signature” as evidenced by WBL providing this mechanism for signing the NDA legally and contractually binds WBL to the terms of the NDA, without any further action by WBL, as fully as if WBL had signed a written copy of the NDA with a pen. I understand that this electronic signing process is an accommodation to me and for my convenience, and I am voluntarily agreeing to conduct this transaction by electronic means. I agree that the NDA will be deemed to have been signed by all parties in Clearwater, Florida, where WBL’s corporate headquarters are located. I acknowledge that I have been advised to print a copy of the NDA as electronically signed by me to for my records and that WBL will also provide a copy to me from its records at any time upon my request.
The following are trademarks or service marks of World Boxing League entities and may be used only with permission of World Boxing League, Inc. or the relevant World Boxing League entity: WBL League, WBL, the silhouetted boxer logo, and the names, nicknames, logos, uniform designs, color combinations, and slogans designating the World Boxing League teams and entities, and their respective mascots, events and exhibitions.
